Our experts have strong connections to the music and arts industry, with a central focus in their respective field. Several team members are musicians themselves.

 

Below you will find brief introductions of our main administrative team. Additionally, we have several team members not listed who will supplement our projects when needed, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, audio recording engineers and studios in Austria and abroad.

Susanne Grainer

 

Susanne holds a law degree from the University of Vienna, with a special focus on cultural and co-operative law. She has many years of experience working in various cultural institutions, both in Austria and abroad in Europe and the United States. These cultural experiences provide Susanne great insight on how to be successful in the modern music industry.

Susanne is the owner of polaris tour & artist management, Head of the department Live-Performances at the Austrian collecting society AKM, and guest lecturer and -author at several Music Universities and educational institutions in the German speaking countries.

Christian Decker, BA

 

Christian has earned degrees in economics and communication studies from several universities and institutions. He is a talented speaker and worked in Austria and internationally for many years with companies of all sizes. For the past years, Christian has been focusing on communication workshops and trainings for artists.

Eva Drnek

 

As an expert in various social media platforms, Eva has been working at social media agencies for large corporations and individuals (specifically artists). She has been involved in the arts scene for as long as she can remember and is credited with successfully launching many projects, small and large. In addition to her talent for creating interesting content with the right tools, she is an expert in effectively navigating tough media situations.

Juan Manuel Araque-Rueda, BA

 

Not only is Juan Manuel a gifted artist in playing the violin, and Colombian instruments tiple and requinto, he is also the founder, music director, and manager of one the largest music festivals in Colombia. Juan Manuel is intelligent and resourceful when it comes to well-written CVs and concise but informative biographies. His international background and fluency in multiple languages provide a native authenticity to his writing.

Morgan Loecke

 

Experience working in a variety of fields, both in the US (her home country) and abroad, including musical organizations in Austria, has granted Morgan an extensive understanding of language and culture.
